Working closely with the MSS, Cave Research Foundation (CRF) Ozark Operations is one of the most active projects in the state.  

CRF, like the MSS, is a service organization which maintains cooperative relationships with many state and federal agencies in Missouri and North Arkansas as well as several non government organizations.
