Large digital files are best submitted on CD. Reports, revisions, etc. can be sent as a separate attachment (best) or imbedded in an email message.  If you have any doubt about where to send data, send it here and it will get to the correct place.

Digital Cave Photographs and News Paper Clippings, Ancillary Materials:

Large digital files are best submitted on CD. You can send these in any popular format (BMP, JPG, etc.) but if you are using a compression scheme (i.e. jpg) be sure that you save the file to maximum resolution – these are archive files. Cave maps should include the native format files (i.e. Illustrator files).
